Alright, let’s talk about Climb to Cash 2025—because WOW, what a week! From the moment we touched down in Curaçao, it was first-class treatment all the way. As soon as we stepped off the plane, an airport staff member was there waiting—guiding us through immigration like VIPs, handling our bags, and making sure we didn’t have to lift a finger. Outside, our private transport was ready to roll, and just like that, we were on our way to The Rif at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao. Stress-free travel? Check.
Once we arrived, it was time to relax—some hit the buffet, others booked specialty dining, but we all knew that later that evening, we’d officially kick off the retreat. 7 PM, check-in time! Swag bags were handed out, dinner was served, and we set the vibe for an incredible week ahead.
Day 1: We Came to Work (and Have Fun!)
Our first full day of Climb to Cash started with big, bold goal-setting. What’s the vision for 2025? What’s standing in the way? We laid it all out and got to work.
The crowd-favorite session? Financial Strategy for 2025. We didn’t just talk numbers—we made plans that people could take home and implement immediately.
Other highlights:
- Tech Tools for Efficiency – Everyone shared their favorites, their fails, and what actually works in law firms.
- Client-Centric Strategies – Not the same old tired tips. Real strategies, tools, and methods that bring in better clients.
- Revenue Streams – Because one source of income? That’s risky. We helped firms find new ways to profit.
- SWOT Analysis – A fun but eye-opening session where we called out strengths and blind spots.
- Panel Discussion with Terrence Quinn & Robert James – Talking about growing profits without overworking yourself. (Hint: scaling too fast isn’t always the answer!)
- Shattering Limits with Charonne Randall – This session was deep. We tackled the real reasons behind financial roadblocks and how to break through them.
Here’s the thing about our workshops—they aren’t just lectures where you sit and nod. We work. Every session, we’re in the workbook, we’re asking questions, we’re planning. You don’t just walk away with information—you walk away with an actionable blueprint to implement when you get back home.
After a full day, we hit the beach, the restaurants, and, of course, a few of us closed out the night at the bar. Balance, right?
Day 2: Getting Even Deeper into the Work
We kicked off with a real-world legal scenarios session—actual situations that attendees were dealing with, and we figured out solutions together.

- Marketing Strategy Development – We wrote social media scripts, discussed ads that actually work, and planned how to use content to bring in clients.
- Q&A & Workbook Time – This is where I answered anything and made sure every attendee walked away clear on their next steps.

- Group Discussion on Profit Growth – We talked about what’s working in 2025, how firms are navigating uncertainty, and what strategies will keep you winning long-term.
- Building a Path to Financial Freedom with Charonne Randall – Breaking free from financial fear and mindset limitations.
Then, it was celebration time—a sunset reception on the beach, music, food, drinks, and just soaking in the experience.
Day 3: Free Day (Or NBA Conference Time!)
February 14 was all about choice. Some attendees kicked back and relaxed, some took advantage of their NBA Conference access, and a few of us explored downtown Curaçao. If you’ve never been, let me tell you—this island is colorful, lively, and full of energy. We shopped, we ate, we laughed, and we just enjoyed the Caribbean vibe. At night? We hit the club—because you can’t just work hard, right?
Day 4: The Ultimate Excursion – Klein Curaçao
Saturday morning, we set off on an epic catamaran tour to Klein Curaçao. And yes, the water was as blue as it looks in the pictures.
Here’s what went down:
- Some people snorkeled and explored the island’s lighthouse and shipwreck.
- Some just chilled in their beach bunk beds and soaked up the sun.
- Some went full Caribbean mode and swam all day in crystal-clear water.
- Oh, and let’s not forget the BBQ lunch on the boat.
Final Farewell & Next Stop: Jamaica!
After a game night in the conference room and a final dinner, we said our goodbyes—but not for long. Because guess what?
We’re doing this AGAIN.
