At Prestige Accounting and Consulting, our expert team leverages cutting-edge technology and our proven 5-Step C.L.I.M.B. process to drive your law firm’s profitability while minimizing taxes. Choose from our three flat-fee monthly packages, each designed to bundle essential services: comprehensive bookkeeping, strategic tax planning, and proactive business advisory.
Getting Started
Once you have paid your fee to start, our partnership begins with an onboarding call. You’ll meet with a financial consultant to learn about our
technology/services and get a clear overview of our outsourced bookkeeping, tax & consulting services.
Working Together
Every month we will need certain documents in order to complete our accounting process. We will go over that during the kick-off call. All requests will be
sent via our project management system.
Making it Easy for You
You can send us your back-office documents (e.g. bills, invoices) by uploading files via our web portal, submitting photos via your smartphone. Once your bookkeeping/taxes are complete, you will receive a link to book a review call at a time that is convenient for you.
A Team Effort
Prestige Accounting and Consulting Operation Arm has three departments:
Special Projects: Handles tax resolution, large accounting projects, onboarding new clients, and performs QuickBooks Diagnostics.
Finance: Handles monthly bookkeeping & sales tax returns, and creates financial strategies.
Tax: Handles annual & quarterly tax filings, creates tax plans, adjust tax plans quarterly, and calculates estimated tax payments.

We’ll be there for everything from answering and processing your questions to keep you on top of key business data and working on ad hoc projects as need.
Once you are fully onboarded and your accounting is caught up to date, we will create the following plans for you:
1) Tax Plan: This will provide you with strategies you can implement to reduce your tax liability.
2) Profit First Roll Out Plan: This will instruct you on how you can make small incremental changes to increasing your firm’s profits and owner’s salary.
3) Quarterly action plan: This outlines the objectives and action steps your firm needs to focus on for the next quarter.
