Job description

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Your day to day will be in office with the company CEO. You’ll interface with other members of the
team who work remotely.

  • Assisting with administrative needs and client relations
  • Making travel arrangements for CEO and other key team members and creating
  • comprehensive travel itineraries for each trip
  • Coordinating CEO speaking engagement logistics
  • Coordinating with the team coaches for client appointments
  • Maintaining a handle on company supplies and inventory
  • Tracking and driving completion of key deliverables for CEO and Director of Operations
  • Responding to messages received via the main company email accounts and providing customer service or directing correspondence to the right department
  • Organizing office/company files – faxing, scanning, filing, and responding to customer service inquiries
  • Doing research and coming back with your clear recommendations
  • Updating and maintaining the operations manuals for your related job functions
  • Client care
  • Assisting with the on-boarding process for new clients
  • Maintaining the tracking of our coaching services delivery
  • Responding to client needs
  • Helping clients access their program details
  • Onsite assistance to CEO during client events, live events, workshops and speaking engagements (some paid travel possible)
  • Assisting event management team during company live events
  • Assisting in managing the back of the room to ensure all runs smoothly at speaking engagements
  • Preparing for client retreats and onsite meetings
  • Sending thank you cards/gifts to clients
  • Managing our customer funnel entry process
  • Compiling the company key metrics report
  • Miscellaneous administrative and data entry tasks as assigned
  • Manage social media to generate leads

Commitment

This is a part-time position, 25 hours per week but can quickly grow into a full-time role.

We are looking for a dependable, reliable team member who will happily go above and beyond to help the company grow. You’ll be working in our Sandy Springs location with the ability to work from home on specific occasions. Occasionally, you’ll be asked to work on a weekend, these are few and far between.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position will depend on experience and qualifications, but will range from $13-18 per hour. If this is of interest to you, don’t wait as we are actively seeking quality candidates for this role. Successful applicants must complete a skills assessment, strengths assessment, reference check and background check. After a 90-day probationary period, you’ll be eligible for paid time off as well as a health care stipend to assist with health care expenses.
